Beach time in Alaska, Rich and Wendi Jutkins 7/22/2018

This morning's beach find was four bald eagles!  The one on the rock is a younger one, that's why its head isn't white.

It was a beautiful day, so we headed to the beach.  Yes, I said the beach!  Amazing beaches, and the weather couldn't be beat!  We went to Eagle Beach, and there were hundreds of bald eagles!  This is the group that is going on the Chilkoot trail, plus one guy.

After the beach, I met our good friends Wendi and Rich Jutkins.  They lived across the street from us in Riverton.  They happened to be on a cruise while I was there.  So I borrowed Caitlyn's car and of course, took them to Nugget Falls, and the Mendenhall glacier.  We also stopped by the the hatchery.  It was so fun to hang out with these guys!

Rich and Wendi's ship leaving.  It was nice of the seal to come out to say good bye!
