Pineview, SoJo, and Logan

We got home from 4 wheeling with Mike and Manda (see previous post), spent the night at our house, then packed up and headed out the next morning to ride our bikes around Pineview with my sister Janna.

It was so beautiful up there. There was more traffic than on the Bear Lake ride, but this one is only 20 miles around the lake.
Thanks Janna for inviting us up. We had a great time!
We weren't able to spend the night up there in the condo with those guys, we had to be home Saturday morning to help with Aid Station #17 in the South Jordan Marathon.

Never seen an aid station quite like this!
When Tyler and Michelle do something, the go all out!

This aid station had EVERYTHING! Including a menu board to let you know what was available!Of course there was water and Gatorade.

"Defizzed Coke", Swedish fish, pretzels. Have you ever seen an aid station like this before?!
There was also ice, Vaseline, gels, a port-a-potty, and Tyler had made a mister for the runners to cool off with.

Here comes our first runner..
but he is on the wrong side of the road. We were told by the race organizers to set up on the west side of the street, but the runners were coming down the east side. So we stopped traffic, and moved all our tables, chairs, and mister to the east side.

We enjoyed helping with this aid station. Got us excited for the St. George marathon coming up on Saturday. I hope there are aid stations like this along our marathon.
Thanks Tyler and Michelle!

Then, jumped in the car and headed to Logan!
Met Caitlyn at the BYU vs Utah State girls soccer game.
Caitlyn getting caught up on a missionary's letter.

Kass, my niece #21, scored the first goal!

Great game Kass! BYU won 3-0

The Francis Family goes to the cabin 9-23-10

Straight from the Bear Lake bike ride (see previous post) we drove over to Grandma and Grandpa's cabin. Mike and Amanda arrived at about 1:30 a.m.
Dex had a hard time staying asleep, but woke up as happy and fun as could be!

Breakfast at the cabin

Time to go play!

Can you see the antlers on this little buck?

He loves it!

Mike and Manda watching the deer just behind the fallen tree.

This is what happens when the guys are in charge of the baby. "Strap him to the front of the 4-wheeler. He'll love it!"

On our way to Lily Lake (not to be confused with Lym Lake from an earlier post this week).

Time to go back to the cabin, "strap him on again"...and away we go!
