Before I could leave Caitlyn's place, I had to check "the rock". It never disappoints!
We had to leave at 5:15 a.m to catch the
ferry to Skagway.
Caitlyn made herself a bed on the floor. I was kind of jealous!
The Eldred Lighthouse.
I take a million pictures of it everytime we pass it between Sagway and Juneau.
It was such a nice day, it felt like we were on a cruise in the Caribbean, instead of on a public transit ferry in Alaska!
Coming into Skagway.
This is really happening!
Checked into the White House, our favorite place to stay in Skagway. Dumped our backpacks there, and went to our required Chilkoot trail and bear training!
We are ready! One more go-to-bed, and then we won't see a bed, internet, showers, etc, for 5 more days!
