We ran the Kanab 10k today. Each of us got a PR....Julie improved her best time by 0ver 7 minutes! That's awesome Julie! (mine improved by 20 seconds, but a PR is a PR)
Each of us place in our age divisions....Ej-3rd place, Dean-2nd place, and Julie 3rd place. We got these really cool trophies.....the best trophies so far!
