We needed to find a camp site for our youth group, so we headed for City Creek Canyon. Ended up on the wrong side of the gully, so decided to hike Ensign Peak while we were there. Yes, it was 2:00 pm, and over 100 degrees.
Amazing views, but might I recommend you hike it on a much cooler day! (although the trail wasn't crowded on the day we hiked it)
We did make it to City Creek, and found this cool bridge with the creek running under it. Impossible to get a picture of it, but hey, we tried!
One of our favorite things to do is feed the horses in the field behind our house.
