This post is for Amanda, who is sitting in a hospital room right now instead of enjoying the Halloween evening with her cute little family.

Dex got to spend the day hanging out with his second cousins. Kami, thanks so much for making sure Dex had a fun day!

Sorry I couldn't get a picture of it, but after Dex said his good-bye to me he caught up with Mike, and they were walking together up the street, tall Mike, and super excited Dex....Norman Rockwell couldn't have painted a cuter picture than what I saw!
Update on Amanda:
Monday when Amanda went in for her doctor's appointment, the doctor checked her and she was dilated to a 6...oops, not good since she is 31 weeks along. She immediately was checked into the hospital, and they thought she would deliver the babies Monday. Well, long story short, we are at Wednesday, and the babies are still hangin' in there! According to the ultrasound today, the little girl is weighing in at 3 lbs 10 oz, and little boy is 4 lbs 1 oz. We need them to grow a bunch before they arrive. If I understood the doctor today, Amanda needs to stay at the hospital until she is at least 34 weeks, and then they could transfer her to the Riverton hospital if she wanted to have her OB deliver her babies, or she could stay at the IMC Hospital till she has the babies. They are aiming for 37 weeks, but would be ok with anything after 34 weeks. 31 weeks is NOT ok. (feel free to add anything to this Amanda)

I'm a little worried that Mike and Dex are going to just live off the Halloween candy until I get back home. :)
Poor Amanda! Does she have good reading material? I'd love to have Dex over. Elliott would love it! How about Monday and Wednesday next week?

Jodi would LOVE to help with Dex during the day - depending on her work schedule, and the rest of us would LOVE to help on nights and/or weekends. We will call to get on the schedule.

Amanda-the Hoenes clan is pulling for you and the babies. Hang in there! Dex is seriously the cutest kid ever and his brother and sister are going to be equally adorable. Must be those awesome Ellis genes!
Whoa! I've been offline for the last week and just read about Manda in the hospital. We'll be praying for the twins safe arrival at the right time. Keep us updated!
