My niece Rachel asked me to make her wedding cake. I had a couple months to practice, and make a funfetti wedding cake!
She wanted a plain white wedding cake that was funfetti on the inside, so I made several attempts, and would add some decoration to each cake, but mostly trying to perfect the plain white cake.
The Swiss Meringue frosting got vetoed...
The two tiers cake got vetoed.
This one needed to be skinnier and taller.
