We made a trip down to Phoenix for a race and to hang out with Braden and Hanna.

| Braden stepped on a cactus at about mile 6. After we got home, he pulled this out of his foot. He wanted sympathy for having run 20 miles with a cactus in his foot. |

We got to take fun pictures of these two (and a half) for them to announce they are expecting in September!

We are so excited for them. I can't believe our boy is going to be a dad. Crazy.
