Today we went down to Orem to visit Kassidy and Drew. She had surgery on her other foot just over a week ago. They were babysitting their nieces, cutest little girls! We had lunch with them, and then our plan was to ride our bikes home. We dropped our car off at Mike's work, and he drove it home for us.
McKenna had a paper full of stars. I guess she thought we had been good enough, we both got the honor of wearing the stars.
Drew gave in, and changed this diaper. It was his first. It was rather traumatic for him. Kind of wish we had a tape recorder going! Good job Drew!
Then it was time for us to ride home. We figured out that in 32 miles we rode through Orem, Vineyard, Lindon, Pleasant Grove, American Fork, Saratoga Springs, Lehi, Bluffdale, and Riverton.
While we were on our ride, Braden was on his bike riding to school. His ride didn't go so well.
Totally biffed it. So thankful he had his helmet on, but that didn't protect his ear from getting road rash!
These are the headphones he was wearing. Really Braden, how do you fall on your ear?! That must have been awesome!
I guess he did try to break his fall, both of his hands are bruised
I'm thinking Braden is going to be sore in the morning! Glad you are OK Braden.
