Halloween 2023

Happy Halloween!
This Halloween is one we will never forget.
One of my favorite things about Halloween is the picture sharing in my family of the costumes.

From Alaska:
Pregnant Caitlyn as a disco ball!

From Michigan:
Nora, a character from "Among us".  Miles riding a skeleton dinosaur,

Dex as Captain Jack Sparrow, (and Dexter's friends)

From Utah:  Braden as Oogie Boogie, Hanna as Sally, Rex was Mario.  Dean and Erika as old people, Livy as a troll, and Lucy was a mermaid.

My friend Ronna, and her Real Estate company put on a trunk or treat each year, and it has become tradition that we go to it a few days before Halloween.  They do a great job of having fun things for the kids!

Hanna asked if we wanted to make a Frankenstein for Rex's school class party.  We may have gone "full Perry" on this one.  (inside joke for those that know the Perrys)  The idea here is that you put your hand in Frankenstein's nose, and you either get you hand in snot (slime), or you get candy.

Livy invited us to watch the elementary school Halloween parade.  I love seeing the cute kids and the creative costumes.
I think Lucy was being a spider while we waited for the parade to start.

...and my good friend Sherri Morrill teaches at the kids school, so we got to see Sherri Barbie!

After the parade, I went for my walk.  There was zero wind, so reflection pictures were a must!  This is from the other side of the pond behind our house.  Our house is the very last one on the right.

Braden and his family came over to show off costumes before trick-or-treating.

We have amazing neighbors, that provided us with entertainment!
The Mitchells and the Rogersons are so fun!

We have a Halloween tradition of having our firepit in the driveway, and inviting Lana over.
My parents stopped by too!

This is a fun holiday for our neighborhood!
