St George 4/13/2017

A quick weekend get away to St. George.
Dean had a nephew getting sealed to his cute little boy in the St. George Temple.
We went down a little early so we could get a couple of hikes in.

We got to spend some time with my brother Greg.  Spent lots of time cruising in his convertable.

We hiked to Kolob Arch.  Just over 14 miles.  Kolob arch is the second longest arch in the world.  (Delicate Landscape Arch is 3 feet longer)

On Saturday, April 15, we got to spend a lot of time with Dean's family.  I forgot my phone/camera, so no pictures from the temple and luncheon.  That was the whole reason for the trip, and those are  the pictures I didn't take.
Congrats to Eli and Erin.
We had fun spending time with the Wilson's.
Amy, Jodilyn, Grandma and Grandpa Ellis all stayed at the condo with us.  It was fun visiting with them too.

Easter Sunday we drove down to Henderson, Nevada and spent the day with Dianna.  It was great seeing her.  We had a fun day.

We decided to fit in one more hike before heading home.
We hiked the Taylor Creek Trail.

Here is the double arch alcove.  Kind of a fun little hike.  Hardly anyone on this side of Zion National Park.
