Yay! They are homeowners!
As you can see, when you first walked in the front door, you walked right into the stairs.
They were super steep, and felt a little dangerous!
So they tore down the stairs, and built new ones, that are much less steep!
Problem solved!
Next issue. The kitchen and family rooms are upstairs! Awkward!
So...This family room, which is upstairs, will be the master bedroom.
The formal dining area, will be the master bathroom, and walk-in closet.
This kitchen area, will have the dropped ceiling raised, and become another bedroom, and the eating area that has the french doors, will become the laundry room. They replaced the french doors with a window so they could have a counter in the laundry room.....you'll see!

I love the before and after pictures. It's going to be awesome!
So cool. I need a house plan drawing, before and after, so it makes more sense. Actually, I just need to see it.
