Scary Washer

Dex has a love/hate relationship with my washer.  He gets really nervous around loud noises.  He wouldn't go into the laundry room by himself to see the "scary washer", but if he hears the washer going he wants someone to take him into the laundry room  to watch the clothes go around.  Recently we introduced Dex to flashlights.  He now likes the laundry room because it's dark, and he can shine his flashlight in there.  Yesterday I found him in there all by himself, even with the washer going!

I love to see the temple

We went on a bike ride today and ended up at the Oquirrh Mountain Temple.  

Dex was singing "I love to see the temple" while were were walking around the temple....cutest thing ever!

Mothers Day

Yep, I had a great day!  I hope all the mothers in my life also had a great one!

We are giving gardening a try!

We are starting off small, but we are starting.  This is our first attempt at growing a garden.  We will keep you posted as to how it goes.  Our hopes are to see tomatoes and green, yellow, and red peppers.  

Rumor has it....

Rumor has it that Kass and Drew moved into our basement.  Their schedules are crazy!  They don't get home 'till late, and leave before the sun comes up!  Oh, to be young again.
