Fun in the 406! 3/2/2018

Thursday, March 1st, Dean and I drove up to Helena in time to watch a math debate between 3 of the math professors at Caroll College.
And the winner is....Dr. Francis!

Braden and his family drove up late that evening.

Friday, Caitlyn flew into Helena.
In an attempt to kill time, while waiting for Caitlyn, we took the kids swimming.

And then it was time to go to the airport!
In this picture, there is a Utahn, at the Montana airport, waiting for the Alaskan!
Yes, that is the Alaska Air plane that just pulled in!

We got Caitlyn!  We are now all in the 406!  (Montana area code)

We talked all the kiddos into doing yoga with us.

Miles sometimes pouts.  When he does, he walks around hunched over.  Funniest thing ever!  He was mad, and I wanted to get a picture of it.  After snapping the picture, Miles asked me if I wanted to take a picture from the front.  Thanks for helping me document that Miles!

We are introducing "body games" to the next generation!

Loved hanging out at Mike and Amanda's house!

Dexter's birthday is the next Saturday, so we decided we needed an early birthday party!

When it was Dexter's turn, we decided people may need some protection from flying candy, so we brought out the giant teddy bear.

Livy wins!

Among other cool things, Caitlyn bought silly stirng!

So much snow!  Time to go sledding!  This is in Amanda's front yard.

We sledded down her sidewalk!
Run for you life Livy!  Here comes Daddy and Dex!

If you had any idea how hard it is to swing at the same level, you would totally appreciate the next picture.  Photo Credit: Braden!

Going down the slide on the sled seemed like a good idea....

Now back to the birthday party....

Sunday, before the Montana party broke up, we had to get a group shot.
I think Caitlyn wins for craziest face, Livy wins for most disgusted, Rex, for most stone faced, and we actually go a picture with Miles with a shirt on!

Livy thinks Mike is the greatest.  Here they are just jammin' together.

We knew it was going to happen, we had to start saying good-byes.
Caitlyn flew back to Alaska on Sunday

Monday morning, kids headed back to school, and the Utahns all headed home.

Thanks for a great weekend Mike and Amanda.
  Enjoy all that snow!
